Hi, I’m Donaé—fitness coach, personal trainer and your new training bestie.

I used to be the girl who would eye the weight section of the gym from a distance, feeling a mix of curiosity and apprehension. Despite my love for sports, lifting weights felt like an unknown territory.

One day, a friend introduced me to strength training. We hit the gym for an upper body workout, my tiny dumb bells were no match for her formidable weights, but something amazing happened… I felt inspired.

Inspired to try. Inspired to push. Inspired to level up my body and mind in every way. And I’ve never stopped.

Now, I’m on a mission to share that same feeling of inspiration…

To help people fuel a fire inside and help them break through mental barriers that hold them back. To help people build unwavering confidence that radiates from within.
