We all start somewhere, and as a former ‘shy girl’ myself, I know how intimidating it can feel even to consider lifting a barbell surrounded by seemingly expert-level gym-goers.
Sure, you could stay in your comfort zone and stick to the safety of the treadmill, walking 10,000 steps each day, but at some point, you’ll realise you’re actually going nowhere and are walking further away from the dream body you joined the gym to create.

Hi, I’m Donaé, your trainer.
Believe it or not, I was exactly where you are. The start of my fitness journey was messy and scrappy. I didn’t have help, but I was determined to understand my body and what it was capable of.
Impressed by my journey, I was inspired to help others and began my career as a fitness trainer. Working with various body types and fitness levels revealed something new to me: that someone’s mental state plays a massive part in their progress.
Fitness isn’t just an exercise in physical gains; it’s a mental game, too—a game I love helping people win.
Over the past eight years, I’ve helped countless people build a body they’re proud of and a strong, healthy mindset that supports them in their daily lives. I have watched clients grow from strength to strength—literally! I’ve witnessed personal growth in ways that I can’t even begin to explain.
Nothing fills my soul more than seeing a client dedicate themselves to their progress without limitations and supporting them throughout the process. And I can’t wait for you to start!
