BUILD is a 12-week guided gym-based workout program that includes weekly one-on-one check-in calls with me, your trainer.

You’ll receive a downloadable and printable guide that introduces you to different exercises designed to advance your fitness journey.

Each week includes four training days that cover all major muscle groups, as well as an additional two cardio and core sessions.

Along with an instructional video, each exercise includes detailed form notes to ensure you’re performing the movements correctly.

How It Works

1.

Once you sign up for BUILD, you’ll get access to the 12-week training program (a downloadable PDF and accompanying videos).

2.

Over the 12 weeks, you’ll be introduced to the gym environment along with different types of equipment and methods of use.

3.

The intensity of the plan will gradually increase to ensure that you steadily build muscle and work toward the strong body you desire.

4.

We’ll meet once a week during a one-on-one check-in call to discuss your training and keep improving your plan so that it best suits your needs.

Will I see results?

This depends on you. If you are consistent in and out of the gym with your training and nutrition, then the answer is always YES!

How do one-on-one check-ins work?

We will set up a weekly call on Zoom or Google Meet. These are non-negotiable as they’ll ensure you’re progressing through the program. During the calls, we’ll discuss increasing the intensity of your workouts in a way that helps you reach your goals. They also provide you with my support during this entire process. Even though you’ll be physically on your own during this process, you will not be alone. I will guide and support you through our weekly check-ins.

Can I book more one-on-one calls?

You absolutely can! However they will come at an extra cost. Please contact me or email hello@donaefit.com to set up additional calls.

Can I buy this program as a gift for a friend?

Of course. Starting a training plan with a coach is something very personal and requires commitment and sacrifice. If your friend is serious about the journey ahead then get in touch or email hello@donaefit.com to enquire about gift packages.

Can I do a split payment?

Unfortunately not, this is a once-off payment.
