FIT & SCULPT is for you if:
You want to build overall strength.
You want to increase your mobility.
You have roughly 50-60 minutes to spend in the gym four days a week.
You can commit to an eight week guide.
You are open to a hybrid style training plan.
FIT & SCULPT is an 8-week guided gym-based workout program that includes weekly one-on-one check-in calls with me, your trainer.
Each week includes 4 training days which is made up of two functional fitness sessions, one strength session focusing on your posterior chain and one strength session focusing on your anterior chain.
Each exercise comes with a follow along video.
